Shane SavoY, lMT

Shane is a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City and has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2017.

He also holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and has worked at Sports Medicine Practices and athletic training and fitness centers  throughout New York City.

Shane uses a movement-based approach or (active release technique) and incorporates it into his work to provide specific treatment for individual needs. 

He is experienced in working with a diverse range of people, and specializes in the following:

Fernando Landazabal Leal, lMT

Award winner for best Massage Therapist in Atlanta 2009 and 2010, by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, joins the House of Wellness team of talented therapists in Astoria. With 15 years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist and over 12,000 people who have felt his touch, Fernando brings a blend of techniques that include his specialties:

Jacob Thompson, LMT

Jacob has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, after attending Great Lakes Institute for massage therapy in Erie, PA. With more than 15 years of experience he's been interviewed and featured in Spafinder, Lucky Magazine, and Food Network, as one of the top LMT's in NYC.

He specializes in:

Sydney VanAlstine, LMT

After graduating from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca NY, Sydney has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017.

Kat has been a licensed therapist since 2017 as a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage. Trauma-informed and communicative, she values her clients' needs on an individual basis. Kat works intentionally with stagnation and blockages stored in the body with her unique integrative style to assist the body, mind, and spirit with its natural process of releasing and healing. Kat is passionate about holding a safe space for deep emotional unwinding and activating the parasympathetic nervous system to allow this.
