I suffered a serious injury that required surgery, hence I needed a massage therapist experienced in that area. Shane is an expert in osteopathic techniques and performed osteo-articular pumping, fascia normalization and fiber reset to my injured area.
Shane used a mix of osteopathic techniques, which included trigger point therapy, myofascial release and traditional massage during the session that provided me with relief and a positive outlook for my recovery. He is the consummate professional: patient, considerate and knowledgeable. I booked another session and will continue to do so during my recovery process.

Additionally, the House of Wellness is a clean, quiet, comfortable suite, and the staff, Melissa (owner), Ania and Lisa, are all polite and considerate.
